How a Class Works
Equipment and space: For your first class, all you need is an internet connection. Any equipment required for future classes will be explained during this first session. You should also have enough room to extend your arms freely, with at least one metre of clear space around you.
Each class follows a simple structure:
Warm-up
Classes always begin with an appropriate warm-up to prevent injuries.
Educational content
The classes always combine theory and practice to understand dance and practice.
Cooldown
A return to calm at the end of the class to finish quietly, recover, and regain energy.
