Different areas of study

Amateur

Our ballet program is designed for students aged 4 to 18 and is divided into several progressive stages. • Preliminary classes include the Early Learning Class (ages 4-6) and the Introductory Class (ages 7-8), which develop motor skills, rhythm, and creativity. • The 10 levels of training (ages 9-18) allow students to acquire a solid foundation and perfect their technique. Amateurs are not required to take exams.

Pre-professional

The pre-professional curriculum comprises levels 1 to 8. An exam is held at the end of each level. At the end of the 8 levels, a certificate of proficiency in dance can be obtained.
After obtaining this certificate, dancers can choose to continue with levels 9 and 10, which lead to diplomas in choreography and teaching.

Professional and retraining

This program is designed for passionate children who want to pursue a career in dance, as well as professional adults, whether they are changing careers or recovering from an accident, who want to remain active in their profession. If you already know how to dance, you can follow our educational program: preliminary classes and 10 levels spread over 2 years. You will learn how to choreograph for your students or create your own shows, and how to teach dance professionally.

With an international career, notably in Japan, I now share a structured and supportive teaching method that aims to reveal in each student the subtle alliance between technical rigor and personal expression. My choreographic creations and teaching materials extend this vocation of transmission, where dance becomes a true path of transformation.

Course schedule

Equipment and space required for the course: For the first class, you do not need anything except an internet connection. The equipment you need will be explained during this class. In terms of space, you need to have at least 1 meter around you with your arms outstretched.
